Roger Daltrey Announces The Who’s Tommy 2018 Tour

People that are fans of Rock Operas should be pretty excited to hear this announcement!  The legendary Roger Daltrey just announced he will be heading out on the road for a 12-date tour while performing The Who’s Tommy with a local orchestra and a full electric band.  The tour will kick off June 8 in Bethel, NY and will wrap up July 8 in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.  He will also travel to Vienna, Lenox, Philadelphia, Highland Park (Chicago) for 2 shows at Ravinia Festival, Nashville, Canandaigua, Kettering and Rochester Hills.

Before this tour kicks off, The former The Who front man will perform back-to-back Las Vegas shows before going to Stockton and Oakland.  On the tour fans can look forward to hearing ‘The Who hits, rarities and solo hits’ as per Daltrey, as well as feature members of The Who’s touring band.  Leslie Mendelson will be the opening act for the show.  In 2014, Daltrey and The Who hosted a very successful ‘The Who Hits 50! Tour’ which wrapped up in 2016.
