football-78394_1280The Superbowl is just around the corner.  We need some teams!  Today, the AFC and NFC Championship games have been finalized!

Earlier today, the Indianapolis Colts knocked out the Denver Broncos.  Therefore, the Colts (13-5) will advance to the AFC Championship, taking on the New England Patriots (13-4).  The Pats, in a nail bitter, beat the Ravens 35-31 last night.  Colts QB Andrew Luck said, “”I think we’re playing good team ball. We’re feeding off each other. Offensively we’re making enough plays to put some points on the board. Great night. So proud to be a part of the Colts in this victory.”  Peyton Manning and the Broncos have had a rough championship road.  Time for a change?

On the other side, the Green Bay Packers took out the Dallas Cowboys in a surprising (upsetting) overturned a spectacular 4th down catch by Dez Bryant.  Packers QB, Aaron Rodgers, threw for 316 yards and in the end, the Packs had a 26-21 win over the Cowboys at Lambeau Field.   Not surprising, the very powerful Seattle Seahawks overtook the Carolina Panthers, who only had an iffy season to begin with, with a score of 31-17.

So, next week, eager NFL Football fans can look forward to the Indianapolis Colts vs. the New England Patriots and the Green Bay Packers vs. the Seattle Seahawks.  Two of those teams will make it to the Superbowl, who will it be?
