Steely Dan and The Doobie Brothers Teaming Up for 2018 Tour

This will be a cool tour!  Two legendary acts are teaming up for one awesome tour. Steely Dan and The Doobie Brothers will be co-headlining a North American tour.  The first of 37 dates will kick off May 10 in Charlotte, NC and will wrap up July 14 in Bethel, NY.  They will also travel to Atlanta, Dallas, Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, Detroit and Toronto.  This tour follows up Steely Dan’s 2017 tour which was Donnie Fagen’s first outing since the death of co-founder Walter Baker in September.

In 2016, Steely Dan, always a fan of co-headlining tours, toured with Steve Winwood.  Before that, they toured with Elvis Costello and the Imposters on their Rockabye Gollie Angel Tour.  They also toured in 2014 for their Jamalot Ever After Tour.  In 2001, both Walter Becker and Donald Fagen were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and have sold more than 40 million albums worldwide.
